Services Provided

Richie Graphics offers graphic design services, including but not limited to logo design, branding, print design, and digital graphics. We strive to deliver solutions that exceed client expectations and reflect their unique vision.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the completion of the project. Any delays caused by the client’s failure to provide such information may result in a delay in the project timeline.

Payment Terms

  • A deposit of 50% is required before project commencement.

  • The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final delivery.

  • Payments can be made via cash, electronic deposit, major credit cards, cryptocurrency.

Revisions & Approvals

  • Clients are entitled to [insert number] rounds of revisions.

  • Additional revisions will incur extra charges.

  • Final approval is required before the delivery of the final product.

Intellectual Property

  • Richie Graphics retains the rights to all preliminary designs and concepts.

  • Upon full payment, clients receive the rights to the final design.

Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential.

  • Richie Graphics will not disclose any client information without prior consent.

Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.

  • In the event of termination, the client will be invoiced for work completed up to the termination date.

Limitation of Liability

  • Richie Graphics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services.

Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Arizona, USA.
